Disconnected from Reality

Do you feel it too?
That growing frustration, the awareness that none of those who “rule the world” really have any idea how ordinary people live?
Don’t you sometimes feel like they’re all playing in some kind of theater, where no one knows anymore who’s the actor and who’s the audience?

Because this is not paranoia. It’s reality.

Politicians as a privileged caste

They are no longer representatives of the people. They’re a caste. People with immunity, allowances, representation funds. Private clinics, limousines, apartments paid with taxes. They have access to things ordinary citizens can only dream of.

Disconnected from reality

They have no idea how much life costs. They don’t wait in lines to see a doctor. They’re not worried about rent increases or electricity bills. They don’t wake up at five to get to work. For them it’s just data, graphs, decisions. For us, it’s daily stress.

Deciding from a place of comfort

Laws passed in air-conditioned rooms by people who won’t feel the consequences of their own decisions. Those who live in luxury decide whether you’ll have something to put in your pot.

Language manipulation

“It’s for your own good” – you hear this every time they introduce new restrictions, taxes, bans. All wrapped in pretty words. But we pay the price. Always us.

Stigmatizing dissent

If you protest – you’re “entitled.” If you ask questions – you’re “civically immature.” You’re supposed to sit quietly, work, and vote every four years. And preferably not think too much.

Lack of representation

Left, right, center – they all sound different, but do the same. They fight for power, not for you. People vote out of opposition, not conviction. Because no one truly represents their concerns.

Lost generation
Young people are told to study, work hard, chase dreams. But the truth is — they inherit a world on fire. No job security. No affordable housing. No real future. Just loans, burnout, and broken promises.

System for the chosen

This isn’t democracy. It’s a simulation. A system built to protect those already at the top. When an ordinary citizen breaks the law – they go to prison. When a politician breaks the law – the laws are changed.

Media as the echo chamber
Most media don’t inform — they pacify. Sponsored narratives, filtered truths, distractions. Not to wake you up, but to keep you asleep. Thinking what they want you to think.

Politics as theatre

The same faces for decades. They change parties, slogans, colors. But it’s the same actors playing the same roles. And us? Spectators, meant to applaud, pay for tickets, and remain silent.

Smiles before elections, indifference after

During the campaign, we matter. “Nation, family, future” – grand slogans. And after the election? Silence. Zero accountability. Zero contact. We’re just numbers in statistics.

Distraction topics, real problems ignored

Politicians talk about everything except what truly matters. Sexuality, ideology, symbols. That’s what feeds public opinion. Meanwhile, there’s a shortage of doctors, affordable housing, stable jobs.

Parallel reality

Their world looks different. Private security. Company cars. Fast-tracked bureaucracy. Exotic vacations. All paid for from our pockets.

Scandal cover-ups

One scandal after another. Until you forget what it was even about. One covers another. No consequences. No shame. No responsibility.

Division is a weapon

When we fight each other, we’re not looking at them. Political, ideological, religious divisions – that’s their protective wall. Divide and conquer. The greater the chaos below, the more peace at the top.

You’re not alone. Your feelings are real. This is not a conspiracy theory. It’s the state of the world.

You’re not alone. Your feelings are real. This is not a conspiracy theory. It’s the state of the world.

If you see it – you’re not broken. You’re awake.
If you feel it – you’re not bitter. You’re conscious.

And that’s power.

Because awareness spreads. Awareness connects. And connection is the beginning of change.
